1️⃣ Turbo Lunges I 10 reps x 3 rounds I focus = lower body, core & cardio
2️⃣ Jump Squats I 10 reps x 3 rounds I focus = legs & cardio
3️⃣ Leg Lifts I 10 reps x 3 rounds I focus = core
4️⃣ Straddle Leg Lifts I 10 reps x 3 rounds I focus = hip flexors
